All inertial measurement unit (IMU) models have the capability to directly measure acceleration, angular velocity, delta theta, and delta velocity. The 3DM-CX5 is a board-mounted type that conforms to GXS specifications. The 3DM-CV5 has optional features such as automatic magnetic anomaly correction, gyro, and acceleration noise effect correction. In the output model of calculated data, high-precision calculated data can be output even in dynamic operating conditions using an automatically adaptive estimation filter algorithm. Depending on the model, it calculates and outputs values for roll, pitch, and yaw.
